The Computer Shoppe will build your custom system when you order it, this provides you with the latest hardware and software available.  All custom systems come with a 1 year on-site parts warranty for our local customers.  We will also deliver and set up your new system for free within the Portland, OR/Vancouver, WA area.

We also offer Factory refurbished systems that are shipped directly to you from the factory.  All warranty services are covered by the factory, warranty information is listed with each system.

All custom systems purchased within the Portland, OR/Vancouver, WA area will be serviced by The Computer Shoppe in your home or office for the 1st year.  We offer on-site services after the 1 year warranty, charged at an hourly rate of $35.  There is a one time travel charge of $15.00 for all out of warranty service.
